General Information & Spa Guidelines For Our Patrons

  

Spa Reservations:

Reservations will be guaranteed against your credit card. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give a minimum 8 hour notice to avoid account charges.

Spa Arrival:

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you can slip into your robe, unwind and relax before you can begin your spa treatments. If you are running a few minutes late, please let us know by calling 908-688-6675 x17.

Cancellation Policy:

An 8 hour notice to change and/or cancel your appointment(s) is required. Cancellations or no shows within 8 hours will unfortunately result in a 50% charge of your service(s). As a courtesy to our staff, failure to arrive for any appointment(s) will result in a charge for the Therapist’s time.

Purchases:

All purchases are non-refundable and must be used within three months of purchase or will not be valid. All services are non-transferable.

Therapists:

We reserve the right to change therapist if need be to perform the service.

Health Conditions:

For your well - being and safety, please advise when making a reservation for any services of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which might affect your experience at our spa. We recommend you bring bottled water to your appointment.

Cell Phones:

Our spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. We appreciate you turning off your cellular phone and pager.

Age Requirements:

All guests must be 16 years or older. You may bring up to 2 children for our free day care facility.

Personal Articles:

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles of clothing and accessories.

No Smoking:

Please, no smoking is permitted in our healthy environment.

Price Changes:

Your copy of our published prices may not be our most current pricing. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Credit Cards:

For your convenience, all major credit cards are accepted.

Facility:

Private men and women’s locker rooms with lounge area, showers and sauna for your convenience before and after your treatment.
